As the property is owned by an internationally-acclaimed New Zealand artist, whose works are exhibited in galleries around the world, we knew that our work had to be faultless!
To ensure a perfect result, we even went to the effort of arranging for a set of century-old wrought iron balustrades to be sandblasted so that they could be brought back to their original glory.
