Mission Bay House
Services Provided: Exterior house painting.
This double-storey 1930s weatherboard home is set within a lush, classical garden on one of Mission Bay’s most desirable streets.
Our clients needed to upgrade the home’s exterior paintwork and were eager to use a dark paint colour. The home had been extended in stages, with different weatherboards utilised each time. Some boards were more rusticated than others and there was a risk that choosing a dark shade would highlight imperfections.
We worked with the home owners to select the most suitable paint for the project and carefully prepared the weatherboards to ensure the best finish possible.
Another consideration during this project was the property’s garden. It was critical that the grounds be protected while the exterior of their home was being repainted. We undertook careful planning of the scaffold setup and dismantling and liaised closely with the clients’ gardener to ensure plants weren’t affected.
“We received excellent communication from the very moment we contacted Ashley for a quote to the final invoice being paid. Their processes were excellent and ensured that our job was managed in a professional way. We feel that Ashley and Daniel went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Anyone who values ‘peace of mind’ the way we do should ring Wall Treats.”
